Jeff started in the HVAC industry as an apprentice back in 1985. Shortly after starting Jeff worked his way to a job foreman. In the meantime Jeanne was working as an accounting clerk at the same company. This lead to their meeting and the creation of Stouts heating & AC in 1992.
Jeanne grew up in the city of Orange but decided to move to the Sacramento area in her 20s where she met Jeff while working in the HVAC industry. Shortly after their marriage they along with Fred decided to pursue their dream and start a company back in 1992. The rest is history. Often times Jeanne handles the phones and that could be who you would speak when you call!
Dennis has been with Stout’s for over 16 years now. After starting at just 19 years old he has worked his way up to our lead tech and shareholder in the company. Through countless hours of on the job training and certification courses there’s not much Dennis hasn’t seen. As our lead guy in the field you may find yourself dealing with him on your job or checking up on your install.
Steve is our Comfort Advisor and Warranty HVAC Technician.
David is a Lead HVAC Service Technician.
DJ is a Journeyman installer at Stout's HVAC.
Pedro as a Journeyman installer at Stout's HVAC.
Owen is an apprentice installer at Stout's HVAC.
Austin is an apprentice installer at Stout's HVAC.
Bradly is an Apprentice HVAC installer.
After deciding to make a career change over 10 years ago Darlene or Dar has been a huge help in the office. As Fred’s daughter and Jeff’s sister it’s nice to keep it in the family. Rebecca our Office Assistant and is now the Permit and Inspection specialist she knows the ins and outs with all city and county offices in the area.
Samantha handles books, overall management and Jennifer handles phones, dispatching, scheduling, permit processing.
